:( everytime i start a tutorial or kingdom the game hangs when i'm guessing theres suppose to be dialog i can still move my mouse and it seems the environmental animations are still going the camera pans in a circle around my starting keep and it will do this for as long as i let it run nothing i push or click changes anything it just stays in this scene i've restarted several times and even uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same

here is an updated driver version for your card. Lets try that to eliminate some possibilities.

If that does not work please re-run dxdiag with this parameter. (dont skip)
DxDiag Previously: Crashed in system information (stage 3) & Direct3D (stage 3) & DirectInput (stage 1). This part of your DXDIAG raises some questions.
start --> cmd.exe

i updated the driver and did a restart still doing the same thing :confused:

ok i ran dxdiag just like u suggested and didn't pop up any errors this time , are you wanting me to repost the dxdiag now or should that of maybe fixed the problem?

ok its not hung up or freezing the game auto goes to 2048x1536 res and the bottom half of the game is off my screen so i can't see the continue button how do i get the res to go to match my desktop res ive tried several different things to try to get it to go but everytime i launch the game it auto goes to 2048x1536 my desktop is set at 1920x1200

file = local_saved_data (open with notepad or notepad++)
your looking for the following values.
ScreenResolutionX type="float">1920</ScreenResolutionX> (change 1920 to valid screen x (horizontal) resolution)
ScreenResolutionY type="float">1080</ScreenResolutionY> (change 1080 to valid Y (vertical) value)
