Swap weapons

I am just curious if some soldiers will have the ability if for example are archers and orcs come close (in melee mod) they use swords or that you can change stances like in bfme1 those elves at rohan? This would give some + to realistic and fun =) (tho only legolas can shoot with bow in melee range)
