After attempting pvp with my roommate 7 times (all failed due to "could not connect to player) error, i did some research on the forums, reset my intenert, logged in and out multiple times, exited the client completly, disabled my internet, disabled windows firewall, allowed the port to be passed, all to no avail, when i then transfered my hero unit out of town and into a single army, he vanished from my game, after combining another battallion (as i already had five active) i was able to locate that he was still active on the upper left of my screen but had been transported across the map to the far upper right conrer of the map, so i investigated his situation thinking i would just need to walk him home, after double clicking his icon to quick map to his location, i found his army talisman (the world map represntation) to not be present (as in the army unit wasnt displayed on the world map). I then tried to right click thinking perhaps it was a grapical error, no flag apperead to show his movment and no "swordsman hooo" sound effect to initiate his movement, I asked in chat if there were gms online and they said i should report it here with my log1.txt file that the devs could look over. So the problems I want to focus to here are:
1: Recovery of my hero as its a complete gamebreaker for my already developed and very well real life funded city. Without him i cannot quest, or well basicly anything else. (Human side) (Town Arena)

2: Address the issue of not being able to connect to pvp, with people on my own network, i have not tested vs others.

Attached is the Log1.Txt that was requested.

Thanks for the report and log.

There was an error in the log so we'll fix that and see what we can do about the hero. Re-starting the game might help with that since there are contingencies in place to help restore missing/mis-placed heroes. If that doesn't work we'll sort something else out.

As for the PvP issue, it's my understanding that players can't fight others on the same network at the moment but fighting others should be fine. Kon will be able to explain more when he comes online later today.

Sorry to hear about the problems.

With your hero - simply exiting and getting back in-game should help. Your hero will appear on your homeland. If it dosn`t work, try restarting the game again, or waiting a minute or two. If that still doesn`t work I would need to know your in-game username and town name and we`ll add you a new hero manually (let us know what level he was before vanishing)

With co-oping on your own network - as I understand this is not possible due to some limitations in our networking code. We hope to have some sort of solution down the road, however you should have no problems attacking or co-oping with other random players for now.

Thanks for the fast reply. My hero was level 55, in-game name Bloodsport, town Arena in the Wold.

I hope you will find a way to let the PvP occur within network soon. Makes it more fun challenging someone you know.

You should have your hero back into your town now. Just to confirm you had no other units in your town? Or have I somehow accidentally deleted them...I hope not:) But if I did let me know and we`ll compensate you for them.
