Need your help! Anyone lost progress lately? Please read

Guys,

We are trying to fix the issue with players loosing progress once and for all. If this has ever happened to you could you please reply here, and let us know - around what time was it when you were playing? We think it only happens during certain time of day, and need to confirm our theory in order to fix this.

Pleas specify your time-zone, and the approximate time like 14-16pm EST, or 1-3am EST - when you have lost progress.

sorry if my english is bad. This problem happened to me 3-4 times, but i only remember last time. It was very late for me so my memory can be wrong. My time setting is UTC -5:00, and it happened between 1h00-4h00 AM. It's hard to say because i'm usually logged for long period of time. I'll take note of that and write down the time it happens again.
Also would you be interested in a list of problems or something i (or the community) can help for the Steam release, because i want to help but i'm not sure how.

We welcome all reports of problems. We can't always fix them straight away but we hope to get to them all eventually.
