I have purchased game in your online store yesterday but cant find a bloody way to play it. Downloaded installer twice, first gave error at 75% second at 30% extraction. Found some old thread with launcher, launcher says my key is invalid. Since response is instant I assume it is using on board algorithm that is outdated and doesnt check online.
I wrote a letter to technical support, no response yet. Downloaded 3rd time today, corruption error at 50%. Isnt downloading huge files over http should be abandoned long ago and launcher must be default option like any other game out there ? A torrent as backup, no ?
I have been in beta, I know it is not a scam, but my god it feels like one atm.
Please advise other delivery option of client or write a personal message with details on what info you need for a refund.
