CaynEnable,

Thanks for reporting this, I spoke to you in-game about this just an hour ago. Check your Private Message inbox on this forum - I`ve sent you a compensation code.
And to confirm - this is a known but extremely rare bug that we are tracking down, and yeah - guess you are pretty lucky to get that:)

One thing to keep in mind - to avoid this in the future - this bug is sometimes caused by running other applications while playing DoF - downloading something, youtube videos e.t.c

one of the mills is also gone, I reclaimed the pigs I sold, i sold them to buy crossbowmen, so missing 2 units of crossbowman...nice bug.

Everytime I logout.. I lose playing time..

Yesterday I played humans, won a battle, game froze. I relog and I lost more then an hours playing time.

Other saved game was also put back in time.

This morning (CET) I started on the orcs and relogged to test.. And also lost half an hour of playing time.

I am not downloading anything else btw although I do have my internet explorer open (google chrome).

We are looking into this issue, and will try to address it in the patch next week. Meanwhile the only advise is to log out to the main menu, and log back in quite often, especially before starting a quest.

Really sorry for the inconvenience, this was a really rare issue before, but now it does seem to effect a few players. And thank you for detailed report on the issue - this really helps us with tracking it down!
