Error: "No support for vertex shader 2.0 found"

Hi, I just finished installing DOF it loads the basic screen where it downloads updates and validates files etc.
It finishes the file validation. When I click the play button it begins to load, but before it can finish I receive this error:

"No support for vertex shader 2.0 found"

Any help or info on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Vertex shader 2.0 is something provided by graphics cards.

If your graphics card doesn't have vertex shader 2.0 support, you won't be able to play the game.

Vertex shader is not a software thing that can be downloaded, but feature of the card itself.
