dragon and dwarves gone

i got dragon and a few dwarves as bonnus with the purchase - i redeemed them but i deleted my City and started a new on. now they are gone from the bank. :eek:

is there any way to get them back or am i looking at the wrong spot?

This Bank is not Shared from what I know
If you claimed em on one City they are Bound to that City
means you basicly Deletet them along with the City and got no way retrieving them anymore now.


Only hope for you would be that one of the Devs is nice and replaces them
however that would be good will in that case cause you actually already received em on that other City :)
Tough you might be lucky on that
the Devs here are quite cool in such things

There really should be a warning sign.
If you buy things for real money and lose them without any chance to use them, then i would rather see that as a kind of mistake :-(
