CD key invalid?

I purchased the game several months back and after several failed attempts to install the game I put it aside as something I would get around to doing eventually. I downloaded the game last night and attempted to use the CD key I was given with my receipt after purchasing the game only to get the message CD key invalid?

can anyone help with this?

Hi Garbanzo, sorry to hear about your troubles with the CD Key. There are several steps you can take to fix the problem which are outlined in this post (http://www.reverieworld.com/forums/showpost.php?&p=60550).

If these steps don't work for you then please email support@reverieworld.com stating your problem and including your CD key. We will then endeavor to fix your problem and get you in game.
