Can an admin or someone help me retrieve my username nad password for the game? the recovery system is not working

It's possible the recovery email went into your Junk/Spam folder, if it's not there then please send an email requesting your account details to support@reverieworld.com. Send it from the email address you used when registering your in-game account and we'll have someone look up your details manually.

Hello - really sorry for the late reply, I was out on vacation and unfortunately there was a mix up with me leaving support e-mail redirect to another employee. But I`m back now - and just replied to all the requests for help both via support e-mail and forum PM.
