Purchase issues.

I purchased Dawn of Fantasy at 12:48AM pacific time this morning, using paypal. After completing the payment, paypal returned me to your store site, which gave me a page with a throbber bar and the message that the store was awaiting confirmation from paypal, and that I could close that window if it was taking too long, and I would receive a confirmation email with the download link and my order details when the payment had been processed.

It is now 3:25PM, nearly 15 hours later. I closed the website window after five hours, in which time it had apparently not confirmed the order. I have yet to receive the email confirmation. I sent an email to support@reverieworld.com regarding this matter ten hours ago, and have not received a reply to that either.

I am very upset, this is not acceptable. If by the end of the day, I do not have the product I paid for delivered, I will be cancelling the charge with my credit card company.

Sorry for the late reply. Paypal didn`t process the payment completely (happens sometimes) and thus it didn`t sent you the e-mail. I`ve just e-mailed you all the information you need.

Thanks for sending me the email with the link and CD key. I was wondering though, I don't have the Haunter Dragon and such that was supposed to come with the game... Will those come with the email after paypal clears?

Oh, and sorry for being so harsh with my previous post, I was just very aggravated with the situation.
