Can I get some help here, i keep getting the message Sorry, your download time expired (21 days from order day) and im unable to download my copy of the game.

Also, is there a way to recover my ingame username and password?

axal011 - there is Lost Password option in the main Online Kingdom menu - try using that.

Or simple send me a Private Message with your CD key and I can look this up for you. Keep in mind though - we can only "reset" passwords, not look it up.
