Hero Heal a Bug?

The Hero still says hes heal is for 2k over 40s, however is now like the rest of elite units with a 300 heal over 1min for 100 mana. Thats fine for elite units but is completely crap for the hero.
He might as well not even have a heal....is this ment to be or a bug?

I thought I noticed this as well - and I agree. This heal is completely underwhelming for the hero, especially at 90 stamina.
