No Offline resource generation?

I have noticed that last couple days that while I am offline my city does not generate any resources and when I log in it is always at about 1/3rd of its storage capacity even if I log off and it's almost full. And it also says when I log in "we've run out of storage space for resources" and "We have no more gold space sire, thieves are stealin it" even though I'm only at 1/3rd capacity...

A few others I've talked to in game are also having this issue, is this a know problem that is being worked on?

thats because it says it as soon as you log in but since the server loads your town after that says it its just the general respones (it can be fixed by adding a 5 second delay to it i believe)
