Stamina issue

The stamina issue seems to be tied to formation changes. Some formations reduce stamina by 30% for example. so your unit will look something like this "80/150" but changing back to a formation that increases stamina does not change the units stamina to a higer amount the unit will remain "80/150" and not regain stamina and be unable to use any spells that require more than 80 stamina....

I have seen this if some of the units in sqaud are dead,wont fill stamina to max,and if ones stuck somewhere trying to regroup with the sqaud but cant,but since its moving,wont regain stamina either
