Basic chat functions

I ran threw first few pages of suggestions,and did a search for "chat" nothing cam glaring out out me.

But name says it all,basic stuff,font size,color would be nice,and an iggy list.

Specially the iggy list.

This is all planed as well as private chat channels e.t.c e.t.c - but I think we`ll only get to this in late January.

Looking forward to this tbh,theres some...issues ...with chat right now,till you speak up then it seems to change tones quickly.
