Problems

First- the npc cities i have laid siege to all have dwarves....not humans..or elves.

Second- weather effects- i have thunder and such...but no rain??!??!!??!!?

Yes, both are known and the rain is now fixed and should hopefully be in the next hotfix/patch as "hopefully" the dwarves going home to the caverns should be :) Thanks

rain will be fixed in the hotfix? and dwarves defying devs..it's a christmas miracle!
