No use for Dragon Skill Points ?

Hi guys

Now I am bit stumped

I have Skillpoints on my Dragon as he leveld up
but I have button to spend em



so now I am wondering

Is it just the usual Bug of my Units getting Skillpoints even tough they should not
Or is it that I dont have the Button due to a Bug
