Where to download

I bought the game, but I cant find where to download it.
can someone please tell me

in the email they send me after you bought it there I cannot find any download link from the event purchase.


I am very dissapointed to have this issue from the start already and cant play now

in the email link you find the 3 serials but no place to download.
would be great if they did confirm this also and maybe a some compensation for not being able to play after purchase

There seems to be a problem with the way we bundled the promo and somehow download link is not visible. Your online receipt will show permanent download link later tonight though.
