And yes OOS still Occurs
I actually believe this to be the Case due to Old Bugged Units
since after some Testing I noticed
If I go with only Clean and not Bugged Units I am rarely going out of Sync (other still have Bugged Units I think so this might still be´the reason)
But If I use Bugged Units its always going out of Sync

1) Dragons "should" come back yes.

2) OOS does still happen - and as Sunleader correctly noticed - this is mostly coursed by the units that were created before the unit stats upgrade. On sunday`s patch we plan to correct that as well.

Good to hear. I haven't played much recently waiting for some of these changes. I hopped in yesterday and OOS on both an army and town pvp match. The unit upgrades look good,but I also couldn't respec any of my existing units. I'm looking forward to everything working out as planned!
