Why not have the option to show where you are on the map...so many great ideas like having the option to view the banner claiming "I'm the best, you kill me you get blah blah" or like have alliances that span to the dozens of players creating clans where one clan fights to be the best. Stuff like that will make this game even better, long lasting you know?

I like this! Nothing says fun like being able to claim your the top man on the totem pole with something everyone can see to prove it!

what about customizing the apearance of your race, so like instead of being medival europe style humans you could make them look like romans or something like that, just leave the stats the same.

from my experience as a hardcore gamer i know that a game with competition lasts longer than one without...and town pvp'ing is fun but at one point you realize your not getting land, not getting fame, and it gets boring eventually.

Add a clan feature with some creative leader board. Allow clan recognition to climb through victories, allow war periods kinda like playoffs, these ideas would make the game awesome. Also, allow for a more diverse set of weapons to be placed on the units, like how runescape sells bronze, mithril, rune armor and weapons. Stuff like that, and quests requiring clans/alliances like epic sieges and dragon boss battles. Just some cool ideas that would enhance this game big time.

I am not so sure a leaderboard is the way to go. In my experience leader boards tend to lead to players attempting to pad stats through any means possible. Maybe some sort of totem or monument that appears with the icon of the top clan for that week in that region or somthing.

That would be cool; maybe being the best could give you some sort of bonus, too (even if it's just something pretty not aaffecting gameplay); the monument idea would work.

well if bugs come up,they'll have no choice. The question is always the same:Would you rather get something bugged released ,or not released at all?in both ways some people will complain so...

Yeah I think most of us would rather it be delayed but thats not my problem. The thing that annoys me is the incredibly unrealistic timelines they keep throwing out. I mean wasn't this patch planned for near on a month ago? They know there is always going to be issues and problems so allow time for that instead of telling us it will be out tomorrow when theres still 100 hours work to be done.

I don't think it's a matter of how much work there is to be done. I would guess that most of the work is complete. However, if they get a particularly stubborn bug at the last minute, then they have no choice but to stop work and root it out and fix it before they roll out the patch.

I heard through a little birdy that there are plans for the creation of smaller towns aside from your own. As well, they do plan to implement the conquest of NPC cities via the clans. Most of the stuff we want is being looked at already. The showing yourself on the map portion, is a problem, not becasue its not doing, becasue its practical, while it would be nice seeing other players city, you need to look at the map, and think....on a map this small, you are going to have hundreds of players on it, it will be extremely congested. Were are the cities going to be placed? Is everyone going to want to have their city appear in a different spot? What if there is 50 people in Southmont? There is only room for so many people. In order to have cities show on the world map, it would need to be completely revamped, as well as much much larger. The quest lines would need to be redone as well becasue of the change of distance. There are many various factors as to why they dont show up. While it would be nice to see peoples cities and destroy them, its not practical, the only way to do it would be to make the map somewhat like those browser based games like Evony.

As per the random NPC attacks, those were actually enabled during beta, its not that that dont have it, its just not activated, why? Because PvP in the towns has not been activated yet, once the town PvP is active then there is a chance we can convince them to enable NPC attacking your town again.
