Hey guys, just downloaded the game yesterday and installed it this morning.

I heard about the great customer service and the potential for a game like this so I thought I'd come and check it out, and I have to say, I'm a little excited.

Also, a little lost.

Is there an in-game tutorial mode or no? The only options under scenarios is a blank test map, the only single player games appear to be battlefield games, and the kingdom wars option gave me no assistance just starting out.

Do I have to go online in order to find the how-tos? Frankly, that's a little intimidating.

Anyways, happy to be here!

Welcome Seth

The first few quests in the Online Kingdom mode should give you a feel for the game. Don't be intimidated about going online, at the moment only your armies can be attacked by other players and even then they will be the same strength as your army or lower. When player Army vs player Town combat is added soon, you'll be safe from attack until you reach a certain stage in the quests or town development and again you will only be attacked by armies that match the strength of your town.

As for tutorials, we're working on one at the moment but in the meantime the in-game Help and some of the fan videos (http://www.reverieworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4750) will give you an idea of how to play.

If after playing for a while you have questions about specific things, feel free to ask here or in the in-game chat and either one of the devs or one of the more experienced players will answer your question.

See you in-game

Hi Seth, Going online is safe (you won't be attacked) and the start up quests help you get your feet wet in the game. Hopefully a distinct tutorial will come soon. Usually someone is around online who's willing to answer questions :) If not pm me with any you have and I'll try to answer them. Welcome to the community.
