this could be a very good game...perhaps when its finnished and playable as it is now its just too frustrating to play...never come accross so many bugs..was told the gate problem was being solved but every time i log in my gates start building from 59mins regardless of the fact that ive already upgraded them 3 times..my patience has totaly gone and im going to uninstall and take it back...hope you get all the probs sorted out..until then its back to total war for me.

Wouldn't uninstall the game if you got it from a online download. What they don't tell you is you only have 21 days after you paid for it to download it again. I feel for you though its like the bugs they fix is only for new towns and not the ones we had already built. I'm still dealing with the same bugs that were "fixed" a few patches ago and can't play for longer then a few mins before a crash and losing everything I did becuase it didnt save. Since I'm unable to progress in the game and they don't give refunds the game pretty much sits in my computer waiting to be fixed.

this game is buggy yes and my own units carnt get into my city
but its no reason to send it back
1. you will have to repay if you want to play it again
2. you will have to catch up on all the patchs (and trust me the patchs are coing out fast)
3. i go online for the occasional pvp but mostly because i like chattin to everyone ^^
so keep it wait for a while and then come back online when its all fixed (or in the meen time just go on to have a laugh) :D

Sorry to hear your experience is that bad. We have fixed close to 200 bugs in the part 3 weeks, however - there are still extremely bad issue - but they effect only a small number of people.
We hoping to fix some of the issues that still exist in this week`s massive 1.1.0 patch. Hopefully it`ll help.
Meanwhile - as others have mentioned it doesn`t make sense to uninstall the game if you plan to come back in the future. Unless you are really short on hard-drive space:)
