Order number doesnt work

I buy dawn of fantasy via visa, i received 2 e-mail from nexway, one with the order number, but when i try to use the order its says that the number is incorrect.I try again with ctrl+c and ctrl+v and still is incorrect.Wa[hat i doing wrong?
