Lost resources in army

Yesterday I had my army near my city with about 1k food, 1400 gold, and 1k wood with plenty of storage and i had to log off. I came back an hour and a half later and all resources were gone. Is that a bug or can i not store anything with my army and log off.

Well at least now I know I am not the only one. Yes I also have a major issue with vanishing resources.
