quests for swamp elves [FIXED]

after the fix for the quest woe to the wood elf quest doesn't appear anymore and in the same time I have the quest ''defend your homeland'' which never activates''. right now the swamp elf quest line is kinda broke

I had already finished Woe to the wood elf before this patch, but now all of a sudden I could grab this quest once again. Very weird :p

this is strange,I can't even grab the quest anymore.
