If the servers ever go off....what then?

Hi All,

I really like the look of the game, but have been stung way too many times with buying an MMO style game for the servers to go bye bye after a while, leaving me with a expensive drinks coaster/doorstop.

I know the game has single player, so im assuming that if (heaven forbid) something happend that discontinued development, or the servers were no longer being supported, the game can still be played in single player/network multiplayer?

This is more of a concern for indie games with their fate evaluated month-by-month. Dawn of Fantasy is backed by a very large publisher with offices around the world, so I don't see this as an issue here.

But to answer your question, in such an event, the Kingdom Wars, skirmish, and custom scenario modes would all still be available. DOF does not support LAN networking at the current time.
