hey, i just saw that the V1.9.6c should have come out by now, has it been delayed?

same here, my updater allow me to play with 1.9.6b
But my city still won't load.

1.9.7 as well as the server reset later tonight. This is a major patch - we think we finally fixed most of the game breaking issues, cloning army issues e.t.c. ETA midnight today.
