Is this gonna be subscribption game or buy to play or f2play (with micro transaction system) ?

There will be the one initial price for the game, and then no subscription costs for online play after that. We will have an in-game booster shop offering post-release downloadable content (incl. quest packs and expansion packs) and elite units, but these are entirely optional and can be purchased with either cash or in-game resources.

I know future expansions will be buyable, but what else will be? Can we purchase city upgrades ect? Will there be new singleplayer expansions or only mutiplayer? Thanks!
