I've heard of it quite a while ago. Post-apocalyptic settings are interesting but some mmorpgs have done it and they aren't that good. This one could be the exception though, we'll have to see.

Sadly the project may be going down the toilets, because the company is in a dire situation :( I really wanted to see that game.
