Guilds/Alliances

I'm sorry if this question was asked and answered on somewhere else, but i couldn't find it.
What i'm curious about is how will Guild and/or Alliances work? Is there more info about that?

Hm i think this is a good question. But in an RTS world i can not imagine how to manage a guild?

in an mmo you always have the option to create a guild, so i think it will work in an rts too.
