Anyone like/play the Guitar Hero Games?? I must say I rather like the newest one, it has a brilliant tracklist I think, It has a large variety and yet I like most of the songs on there :)

Violin: plays in the Treble Clef, strings G D A E
Viola: bigger, plays Alto Clef, strings C G D A
Yeah I've got Guitar Hero: World Tour. It's a lot of fun, but the guitars aren't calibrated.
I'm actually damn jealous that you're going to see Rise Against.
I used to be in to Muse, Lost Prophets, Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu etc. but I'm getting pretty bored of that. Looking for more from The Beatles and Jeff Buckey at the present.
I wish Serj Tankian hadn't gone solo!

I have that on Wii, finished expert guitar :p.

And if you want great music, may I suggest Jeff Beck? He is awesome. Also, listen to Queen, particularly Bohemian Rhapsody and We are the Champions.

I like lots of music. But I only listen to a few artists regularly:

-The Killers (Alternative Rock)
-Muse (Alternative Rock)
-Modest Mouse (Alternative Rock)
-Joy Divsion (everybody hates them but me)
-a crap load of classical music composers (Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, etc.)

I really don't care what the genre is of the music i listen to, i just care whether or not the person(s) who made it had musical talent. If Johann Sebastian Bach had a clone of himself that liked to make metal music instead of classical, the music would still be freaking awesome, in my opinion.

God no, I find them so overrated. But I've listened to Jeff Beck before.

Dont Be jealous, They shall do a gig near you sometime and then I shall be the one left out :p To be fair I think that 20 for the ticket was a bargain... Am gutted at the moment though, Paramore are doing a gig at the CIA and its sold out!!! They have You Me At Six as a backup band too, for 20 that would have been an amazing bargain... But alas it was not meant to be... :(

Beatles are cool, But do NOT mention a certain song about a certain coloured nautical vessel... I was in game the other day and there was a demonstration of beatles rockband... It must have been on 5 times while i was there, customer requests :(

And I like Queen, Yes some of their songs were overrated however some of their songs were legendary, I dont like all of their songs but there are ones that I really do love... Bohemian Rhapsody is at the forefront, but not just because of itself as a song but due to the fact it was the first ever song to have a full standalone video to accompany it... It shaped the music business forever...

Enter Shikari are okay... I like the modern rock scene (prefered classic rock though) and the indie scene, I can put up with mainstream music... I however cannot stand Dance and Trance, etc... I seem to be missing the point of them... However I hold no grudges XD

Bravo. Those who look down on others because they like what they deem more 'classy' or 'classic' artists really get my goat. No artist represents a definitive good taste.

Well, that depends on the person. If someone liked one artist and thought they were the best musician on Earth then they are for that person. I for one am a massive fan of Slash. He is the true meaning of rock.:D
