DoF servers

Assuming that there will be a bunch of servers for DoF am I right to think that this will work a little like WoW in so much as you will choose or be assigned a server and that is then your world?

If so, will servers be set up on a time zone basis or a language basis?

Hey guys. Will there be servers around the world ? Just asking because us here in South-Africa always gets the ass end of the deal wrt lag, etc.
