I was wondering what Reverie Studio will do after the release of dawn of fantasy, any plans of future projects?

Reverie World will continue to dedicate a good portion of its team to Dawn of Fantasy after release, for DLC packs. Expansion packs and sequel/prequels are a possibility depending on how well DOF is received - for instance, we have hundreds of pages of script for a campaign revolving around the War Without Kings that was scrapped for initial release but many designers and writers still want to see it post-release. I can't tell you much more, although nothing is concrete.

And what if DoF doesn't become a success? Surely you must have a plan B?

We have some ideas for engine and gameplay changes, but nothing in terms of a new ip. However, I have hope in DOF. Our publisher was really excited at the last meeting and will be putting most of its resources into the game.

Indeed. With the publisher still being a "secret" I still get that feeling that the publisher might cancel working with reverie or that the DoF release will be postponed once again..

On digg.com (http://digg.com/news/gaming/Dawn_of_Fantasy_s_Publisher_Revealed_in_a_Preview_ Screenie) it says something like the publisher would be Telefilm Canada (http://www.telefilm.gc.ca/en/?q=en), but I rather not presume anything and just wait for the game or an open beta.

Telefilm canada I believe is a private or gov. company owned that helps fund start up and small companies.

I would be sad if I had to save the world to play this game. :(
