Closed Beta Impressions

Hello all! Today we will be wetting your appetite for the upcoming second CB stage with some actual shots taken from our very own first CB stage testers! These screenshots were posted in the beta testing forum and commended for publication, so check them out for an idea of what to expect!

Despite some technical difficulties with updating the game, the first CB stage has gone exceptionally well, and we look forward to starting the next. I'd like to thank our patient and very helpful first few testers - we've fixed several balance and technical problems and, because of these guys, the second stage will go a lot smoother right from the start!

In the future, this thread will be updated with more screenshots and perhaps even some war stories, as we allow select testers to share their favorite Dawn of Fantasy experiences with you.

As the beta enters its second stage, we'll allow some more testers to share their favorite screenshots and war stories with you - and hopefully, you'll get to see scenes from more than just Darathor and krabs. ;)

Alex was a away for a while so he took over for FFs, they both work on them now I believe, and if alex ever needs time off for anything I imagine he'll be back to doing them himself for a time.

Well, some of us do a lot more actually than our title implies. I haven't actually done much scenario scripting in quite some time. Titles aren't terribly important around here, if someone can do it and it needs to be done, we're all more than happy to get it done.

Yeah I figured that "scenario scripter" was the generic blue title on the forums. Glad to hear how capable the group is at helping move things along :) . We liked MM just wanted to make sure he was still on board since the last 3 FF's had Alex's name on them.

Nice screenshots ^^ and i agree seems as though krabs is pretty active and excited to play ienvy him but regardless as allways best of luck to you all in the beta and thank you for the FF

wow some of my screens made it up.:D I love the grand master one. Alex you even posted my quotes for the screenshots. My favorite is "Great Beta Fire of Thorndale". The light just hit the grand master at the right time and I thought it look cool, so I took the screen.

Actually most of the cb1 tester were pretty active. I actually took a lot of screenshot that I didn't post.

Actually only one of mine is me playing the Elves (tragic defeat at the hands of Darssen pic is my playing the elves). All of the others are me playing the humans.

Yeah, Reverie titles aren't overly descriptive. They seem to have shuffled around a lot recently, and people like Andy and Joe would have every title imaginable.

Michael is still around, and hopefully will be for a while. :) He's just been a bit tied up lately with a bunch of personal stuff.
