Possible DOF modds

since players wont be able to complelty choose the layout of there walls, i was wondering if it would be possible for a modder to create a mod that enables you to place walls like in the stronghold series?
also is it possible to create extra add-ons for your walls that actually work with the game, what i mean is will the AI be able to react, and adapt to it?
would this take a skilled modder?

Hopefully some genius coder will come along and make an add-on to design your own castle, as we've discussed in other threads. But otherwise I'm agreed, for the time being it's not too big a thing for me.

It sure is possible but it would require some coding work. Don't expect it to come withing a month after the release, but I'm sure someone will come up with this eventually.
